My stay at the hotel was just perfect, with its amazing location in the heart of the old city and its comfortable rooms with curved windows. The service was top-notch, offering late check-out and a variety of convenient amenities. The dining experience was delightful with home-made Majorcan products. The hotel's central location made exploring the city a breeze, although the lack of complimentary airport shuttle service was a downside. The dining options were not impressive, but the local sweets were a nice touch. The facilities were adequate, but I expected more for the price.
